New report by the DOJ says Mississippis prisons Violate the constitution

After reading the article below, I thought it would be a good time for me to throw my experience in the ring.

I was once an inmate in the very prison this aritical is referring to. So, I can give a first hand account of what’s really going on. It is what this aritical dosent say that alarms me. First of all the aritical quotes U.S.Attornet Clay Joyner from Oxford Mississippi. Joyner says that the prison is essentialy a nightmare or constitutional rights violations. What Joynwr dosent say is that he is a large supporter of Project Safe Neighborhoods a community oriented policing program that targets all ex-cons.

The targeting of ex-cons begin when they are cons still in the system. All inmates are subjected to harsh treatment while incarcerated. Treatment that often end in death. Inmates are pitted against each other by staff. I’ve personally witnessed staff calling ” hits” on ungovernable inmates and turn thier backs while other inmates beat the prisoner down to a bloody pulp. They have a notorious k-9 crew that routinely raid hohsesing units for contraband, this contraband all comes in via staff! I’ve seen inmates attacked by k-9 dogs, made to stripe naked in front of a hundred or so inmates while dehumanizing remarks are being made about the naked man by staff. I’ve seen many inmates beared and dragged off by staff for simple things like not answering a question with the right answer.

I’m personally aware of deaths ruled a sucicide that were not, they were murdered. The true nature of how inmates are really dying isn’t coming to light. Clay Joyner personally saw fit to fight any attempts I made at appealing my wrongful conviction of possession of child pornography. Even with a signed confession by an exchange student claiming he and another student were in fact the ones that viewed the material on my computer! Maybe I’ll post that confession next time.

Each inmate is put through a battery of psychological examinations prior to entering the prison system population. This evaluation is for the sole purpose to design an artisan stalking protocol for the inmate once they’re released into the community. Then once released into the community it’s just a matter of time and the revolving door of recidivism is in full motion. Project safe neighborhoods Community oriented policing is a surefire way that all convicts are set up to fail.

As Gov. Tate Reeves and U.S.Attorney claim that moves in the right direction should be made and has been made fall drastically short of the truth. Tate Reeves appointment of Sean Tindell the director of the Mississippi department of Public Safety over sees Mississippi Department of Homeland security Fusion Center and community oriented policing which is responsible for single handedly violating the civil and constitutional rights of Mississippians at the tune of 250,000. City a year. They purposely ” chill” the rights of citizens and offer no process to petetion or object to their treatment by citizens ( state actors) and law enforcement. The main process denied thousands of Mississippians is part of a longer word called Due-Process.

Mississippi department of Corrections takes it’s place in history not only as the most draconian system in the United States but a major supplier to the Crime Pays machine. It seems citizens should be concerned that the system is auctually turning people that had made mistakes into career criminals that have no respect for authority and now you know why!

  1. Reblogged this on What is gang stalking? Who are the gang stalkers? All gang stalking is current and former police, military and intelligence agents in the community policing scheme, turning democracies into police states, all across the western world. http://www.resarchorganizedgangstalking.org, http://gangstalkingresearch.com and http://www.gangstalkingresearch.wordpress.com are one and the same site and commented:
All gang stalking echoes the “slave catching system” that was in place to hold African American slaves in perpetual custody.

The modern form of this is how states across America are using a two tiered system of juystoice to brand anyone who comes into contact with the Domestic INdustrial Complex, or the Prison Industrial Complex as slaves.

The tactics of this system are well known, but seldom discussed in polite company.

Richard Moore brings you a first person account, and opinion about these systems.

  2. Richard: can you point me to the” signed confession by an exchange student claiming he and another student were in fact the ones that viewed the material on my computer”?

That one document makes your case much easier to sell to other journalists. If I had that on hand–or a link to where it can be seen–I think many would be willing to take up this issue.
